Kèr Ftshàmnā (Ftsh /ˈəmnəˑ/ [corn] [nickname]) is a subtropical Town located in the Fùthàjù County of the Picham Community.

The name Kèr Ftshàmnā is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Ftshàmnā was founded by Brtëg̈ Evans, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Ftshàmnā has a yearly average temperature of 25°C (77°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 22°C (71°F). Kèr Ftshàmnā was founded durring the late 15th century in winter of the year 1392, by Brtëg̈ Evans. The establishment of Kèr Ftshàmnā suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Ftshàmnā which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.

Kèr Ftshàmnā was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Ftshàmnā is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Kèr Ftshàmnā is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive paverstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town lacks any defencive features, though certainly constructing even a simple fence or digging a ditch is at the forefront of the 's mind. At least, one would hope so.

Kèr Ftshàmnā has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Kèr Ftshàmnā’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Kèr Ftshàmnā's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.

In Kèr Ftshàmnā most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.

The Snallygaster near Kèr Ftshàmnā are known to be almost tame, such that they can be put to domestic use.
